In September 2025, PT Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia, a leading real-estate development company known for its innovation in urban planning, premium commercial projects, and sustainable property management, entrusted Tourezia Event Management to organize a two-day corporate gathering and team-building program in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A total of 54 participants from various divisions joined the program.

The two-day itinerary was carefully crafted to combine cultural exploration, collaborative activities, and premium hospitality. Tourezia ensured a seamless flow of logistics, venue management, transportation support, and curated experiences that reflected Mitsubishi Estate’s corporate values—precision, teamwork, and forward-thinking excellence.

The scope of the event included transportation handling, meals and F&B coordination, hotel arrangements, documentation service, show management, and on-ground operational support. Participants explored iconic destinations such as Borobudur Temple, Malioboro, and Sonobudoyo Museum, while also enjoying engaging social programs and a signature gala dinner experience.

The results were highly positive. PT Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia reported enhanced team bonding, improved communication across units, and a stronger sense of belonging within the organization. The cultural immersion in Yogyakarta also provided participants with fresh perspectives and renewed motivation for their professional roles.

Itinerary Experience

Day 1 — Cultural Journey & Gala Evening

The program began early in the morning as all 54 participants gathered at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK) for departure to Yogyakarta. Upon landing at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), the group was welcomed by the Tourezia team and directed to the VIP pickup area before boarding the bus for their first destination.

The journey continued toward the magnificent Borobudur Temple, with a scenic one-hour drive through Magelang’s lush landscapes. Before entering the temple complex, participants enjoyed a hearty Nusantara buffet lunch at Caping Resto Borobudur, setting the tone for a culturally enriching day.

Upon arrival at Borobudur, participants proceeded with the check-in process, including the collection of upanat sandals and orientation from local guides. The temple exploration followed a curated route under the thematic concept “Bhumisambhāra,” allowing participants to appreciate the architectural details, symbolic reliefs, and the spiritual narrative crafted during the era of the Syailendra Dynasty. This immersive tour provided not only historical knowledge but also a grounding experience that encouraged reflection and team connection.

After the temple visit, the group returned to the shuttle area and traveled back to Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta, one of the city’s most iconic resorts. The check-in process was supported by Tourezia’s dedicated helpdesk, ensuring participants settled comfortably before preparing for the evening program.

As night approached, the highlight of the day unfolded: a Gala Dinner held in one of the hotel’s elegant ballrooms. The evening featured a curated dining experience, a traditional dance performance, and engaging fun games designed to strengthen teamwork and camaraderie among participants. The blend of culture, entertainment, and friendly competition created a warm and festive atmosphere. After the dinner, participants enjoyed free time for socializing before concluding the day with a restful night at the hotel.


Day 2 — City Exploration & Farewell Journey

Day two began with a morning call arranged by the hotel team, followed by breakfast and a relaxed morning at the resort. Participants were given time to enjoy the hotel facilities, explore the grounds, or simply unwind before the check-out process.

The group then headed to Tip Tap Toe, a popular dining spot in Yogyakarta, for lunch before continuing the journey to the heart of the city. The next stop was the vibrant Malioboro area, where participants explored local shops, enjoyed sightseeing, and experienced the lively street atmosphere. For expatriate participants, a special heritage tour was arranged at Sonobudoyo Museum, offering rich insights into Javanese culture, traditional crafts, and historical collections.

The exploration concluded with a visit to Bakpia Central, one of Yogyakarta’s well-known culinary centers, giving participants the opportunity to shop for local treats and souvenirs before heading to the airport.

 

Upon arrival at YIA, the group proceeded with the boarding process for their evening flight back to Jakarta. With warm memories, strengthened connections, and renewed motivation, the participants returned home — marking the successful conclusion of PT Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia’s two-day corporate journey with Tourezia.
