In October 2025, PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST) Yogyakarta, a leading provider of information technology and digital transformation solutions, held its Department Engagement program titled “HARMONY IN MOTION” in Tawangmangu – Karanganyar, Central Java.
Carrying the inspiring tagline “Selaras dalam gerak, bersatu dalam tujuan” (“In harmony through movement, united in purpose”), the two-day gathering was designed to strengthen unity, communication, and collaboration among team members while providing a well-deserved moment of relaxation and reflection.
Partnering with Tourezia Event Management, the program brought together 25 participants from various divisions for a series of engaging activities, nature exploration, and shared dining experiences — all carefully curated to nurture a spirit of togetherness both inside and outside the workplace.
The “Harmony in Motion” program unfolded over two refreshing days in the cool highlands of Tawangmangu. Participants enjoyed a curated mix of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion — each destination chosen to reflect the event’s theme of balance and unity.
Rumah Atsiri Indonesia – A fragrant and educational visit celebrating nature’s harmony through essential oils and herbs.
Kemuning Sky Hill – A scenic viewpoint where participants could breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy a moment of calm reflection.
Jeep Adventure – Tawangmangu Pine Forest – A thrilling off-road ride symbolizing teamwork and trust as participants journeyed together through winding forest trails.
The Lawu Park – A relaxing closing destination offering panoramic views and shared laughter amidst nature’s beauty.
To complement the outdoor adventures, Tourezia prepared a delightful culinary journey featuring local flavors and warm hospitality.
Day 1
Lunch – Bangun Trisno Resto: Set menu buffet (menu to be confirmed).
Dinner – Sekala Villa Catering: Special dinner buffet featuring a combination of buffet, barbecue, and traditional snack (jajanan pasar) packages, served in a cozy villa ambiance that encouraged informal interaction and togetherness.
Day 2

Lunch – Blumbang Resto: Set menu buffet (menu to be confirmed).
Dinner – Tamansari Solo: Set menu buffet (menu to be confirmed).
Throughout the event, participants were also provided with daily snack boxes, ensuring energy and comfort during travel and activities.
Comfort and convenience were prioritized through the use of a 30-seater medium bus, fully equipped and inclusive of all travel necessities:
